These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of KtechHub's articles, bootcamp and related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account, applying to a bootcamp track, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
Using the Platform
KtechHub provides free articles and a paid, live-cohort bootcamp covering business, technology and creative skills. Content is provided for educational purposes — we aim for it to be accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee any specific outcome from using it.
Accounts & responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or applying to a bootcamp track.
Bootcamp applications
Applying to a bootcamp track doesn't guarantee a place in a cohort — applications are reviewed, and we'll confirm your placement and cohort period directly. Each track runs for 4 weeks, with weekly hours that vary by course. Where a track involves payment, any pricing, refund and rescheduling terms will be presented to you before you pay.
Intellectual property
Articles, bootcamp curriculum, and other content on the Platform belong to KtechHub or our instructors and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not republish, resell, or redistribute them without our permission.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the Platform for anything unlawful, or to harm, impersonate, or harass others.
- Don't attempt to disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or access accounts that aren't yours.
- Don't scrape or republish article content at scale without our permission.
Disclaimers & liability
The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, KtechHub isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for accounts that violate these Terms. You can stop using the Platform, or delete your account, at any time by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
