Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information KtechHub ("we", "us") collects when you use our articles, bootcamp and related services (the "Platform"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in a few different ways:

  • Account information — when you sign up, such as your name, email address, and (if you sign in with Google) basic profile details.
  • Bootcamp applications — if you apply to a bootcamp track, the details you submit in the application form (name, email, phone number, country, experience level, and preferred cohort).
  • Contact & enquiries — information you provide when you contact us, such as through the contact form or newsletter signup.
  • Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the Platform, such as which articles you read, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address.

How we use it

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the Platform — to create and manage your account, process bootcamp applications, respond to your messages, send article or newsletter updates you've opted into, and understand which content is useful so we can make more of it.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (like light or dark mode), and understand aggregate usage of the Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform — for example, hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers — under obligations to protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and to improve our practices over time.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach out through our Contact page.

Children's privacy

The Platform is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and significant changes will be communicated through the Platform.
